This series was originally broadcasted in Japan in one single season with continuous episode numbers.

Hi,

I don't quite agree with you @superboy97 - Dragon Ball Z is another anime from the same creator (Akira Toriyama). According to Anidb, it also ran as a single continuous season, but on here, as well as everywhere else, it is in fact considered a multi season show. Dr Slump is no different in this regard. Anidb is not a great source (as proof with DBZ; please also see my p.s. comments). We could make additional case that Wikipedia is a better source and they list Dr Slump correctly at 5 seasons. Tvdb too. So does Trakt and imdb tv.

p.s. Anidb stopped doing multi seasons in general and they shouldn't be considered for this. They've decided to list shows with absolute episode count instead, hence shows there have 1 season. Some sources:

If you read the content reports for Dragon Ball Z, you will read that it is waiting to be merged in a single season by the administrator.

None of your links are official links.

What would you consider as an official link? Because your link to anidb is also not official.

If you look at the Japanese Wikipedia page, you can see that they don't split the series in different seasons.

For before Internet series like this one, AniDB is the best we can have.

For more recent series, the best link is the Japanese official page of the series.
