Meanwhile, Jessica and Malone come face-to-face with Sean Cahill, the attack dog with the weight of the SEC behind him, bent on bringing The Firm down.

Meanwhile, Louis helps Donna prepare for a major role while she encourages him to face his fear. But when Mike continues to play hardball, Louis sees an opportunity to make a name for himself by saving the day. Meanwhile, Rachel must contend with the fallout of a moment of weakness.
