Movies are not specials. That's why it's locked. The movies are already listed in the database as movies. And yes, I know it's a huge mess and inconsistent across the database. One of these days we'll figure out the best way to handle these situations, but the One Piece specials season was just a huge mess with so much random content that it made sense (?) to just lock it since the content was already listed elsewhere.

This has been discussed quite a bit in the forum with no conclusion reached. I've participated in multiple threads about it. If you look at One Piece and other similar series, the specials are full of tons and tons and tons of stuff. That's part of the problem. It's got movies and OVAs and TV specials and DVD extras, all in some arbitrary order that someone has to be a mindreader to understand. It's not helpful and doesn't convey information clearly.
