The episode "The Fourth Anniversary Show", also titled "Richie's Girl Exposes the Cunninghams", is already listed in the specials season (S00E03).
If you think that it should be a regular episode and not a special, please provide us an official proof. Note : Wikipedia and IMDB aren't official sources.
