Lol!!! You don't have to do a final thought. I'm happy you do the liveblog at all

For reals. The final thoughts is really just a suggestion. I like to do it because it kind of bookends the whole thing. I don't really expect anyone else but you to do it.

The first time I ever did it was to annoy you because you called yours the official final thoughts. Or review. Or something that was unacceptable lol

lol sounds about right

oh great way to make me feel excluded guys!

Pretty decent episode where the core crew is firmly set in place and by now we know their working dynamic with each other, we actually get some sort of backstory for Klink that defines his motivations, fears, and just why he's so easy to manipulate by Hogan. Sadly lacking in the blonde secretary department but we got some interesting character devlopment via the black guy being featured so prominently in the background nodding and cheering on his favorite Nazi. He becomes a much larger part of the gang after awhile, but they were probably pretty nervous about putting him out there too much in 1965 and risk offending their white audience, so they probably wanted to test him out as more of a prominent background character first to make sure he didn't affect the ratings too much. Schultz is such a goof, most lovable Nazi in the history of the small screen and it's not even close. Dude should definitely be on the Allied payroll.

Enjoy.

[love10] we just didn't want to peer pressure into doing one! But well done [clap] you made my final thought look like a pile of poo

I was wondering about that too, if they were going to ease the black character in. It makes sense vehemently you out it like that. Done people might have been skittish if he was a prominent character right at the beginning.

And they have a nice mix of people. Not just Americans. But of course the main dude is American because we're badasses.

Maybe episode four will have more of secretary jugs.
