In fact, the images were taken exactly from the media available on Globoplay, which are the original content. What he wants is for the images to be deleted so he can post his own (which will be practically the same), where he will crop the corners (pretending that the image has a 16:9 aspect ratio) and make the quality even worse lol
In fact, all of his contributions are based on this, including lying about reporting duplicate content, when he himself creates the duplicates.

Here's an example: All images from episodes of this telenovela were sent in the original 4:3 aspect ratio, exactly the original material available on Globoplay, and this is accepted on the platform. What does it do? It cuts off a good part of the image, making the quality worse.
It's rare that there isn't a telenovela where he doesn't do this. It's like he owns TMDb.

you upload images that literally go against the rules with black bars on them, in poor quality and clearly random screenshots with characters sometimes with their mouth open which is a bad representation of the episode. and i'm not trying to own anything, in fact if you didn't upload all of these bad images and put a real effort into it, it would be nice to all of the users and other sites who use this as a primary source of data

"Our policy has always been to keep images at a good to excellent standard. This means that in some cases we prefer to have no image at all rather than having a very bad quality image."

It's one thing to cut unnecessary parts of the image without losing the quality or details of the image, but it's another to cut 50% of its aspect ratio, leaving only the actor's head (and to artificially increase its resolution). If the best thing is to have no image, it's better to leave it without any images, including yours.
Regarding the telenovela discussed here, half of the plot has this image quality and there's not much that can be done, unless you use Remini or another AI program to brush up on the flaws.

i crop the images to fit the site rules only, and i didnt artificially increase its resolution i simply took screenshots from my TV connecting the notebook via HDMI and got a bigger image because the quality of this novela is better
