Also from season 24, episodes 1 and 13 ("A Musical Passing For A Miserable Muscroft" and "A Short Burst of Fred Astaire") are both Christmas specials that should be moved to the Specials season.
Similarly, 25x09 "Variations on a Theme of the Widow Winstanley" and 30x0 "I Was a Hitman for Primrose Dairies", which are also Christmas specials, should be moved to the Specials season.
