It seems to be a duplicate of the theatrical release: https://www.themoviedb.org/movie/878002-hurricane-live-2033 Wondering about the following special episodes that are the clips part of the "concert". Should they be listed? Or not as they are parts of the "movie" entry?

It's pretty normal for special content to appear in multiple placed - depending on how it was released. In this case, some people may have it as a special stand alone airing (hence the linked movie entry) and some may have this Hurricane Live as a special that was included on a DVD set for example. I don't think it's a problem in this case and recommend closing.

It's not actually. There is no need to have more than one record, and we have to delete duplicate content all the time.
