Peter Wagg (PRODUCER): The launch was spectacular. (...) he's talking in German, and he's telling this joke about lederhosen all in German (...) and then the first music video we played was a German music video. And then Max in English: "And this week's award for the worst TV commercial goes to..."

A new rock video series. Among those featured in this programme are Makromad, King Kurt and Cabaret Voltaire. Macro Mad (sic) is actually referring to the German band, Makromad, who someone remembers as being the first video of the first show! The song was "Tausend Tage Fete" (1984). TV Times mentions that videos from Go West, Bauhaus and Billy Idol were also featured.
