We old timer MI fans love to discuss our favorite episodes, but the ones we hated, not quite so much. So, this will be the worse MI episode (ideally one, but with seven seasons, more will be okay to mention) thread.
My pick? Season four's The Martyr. Why? Where to start: Leonard Nimoy trying to pass as an eighteen year old? The female IMF agent whose singing and hippie outfits should be considered a violation of the Geneva Conventions? The world wide student convention being held in a Communist country? Jim being put under a hypnotic suggestion for some weird reason (again)? The very silly and hard to follow plot?
But enough about me. What are the episodes you can't stand and why?

I feel a lot better today, thanks. Slightly OT: I was never a big season five fan, but I do have to admit that one of those episodes that I do like is The Amateur. Have you seen it?

Cool glad you're doing better. I remember in season 5 there was a string of maybe a half dozen episodes I thought were not up to par. But overall I enjoyed the season. I don't remember that particular one.

It was about a sleazy club owner (Anthony Zerbe) in a east European country who stumbles into an IMF mission and decides to try and sell the MacGuffin back to them when it falls into his hands. Needless to say it doesn't end well for him.

So sad. I heard yesterday that Roger Moore passed away. Just now heard that Dina Merrill passed on as well. Loss of such great talents. They will be missed.

@klondike6 : I heard about Dina Merrill yesterday. They were very classy people. BTW, did you know that Dina Merrill appeared in the music video for the Bond song The World Is Not Enough? She's sitting front row center in the theater at the end of the video. I couldn't believe it when I saw it the first time, but I double checked and was definatly her. Is that cool or what?

I'd never seen the video. I found it on youtube this morning after you mentioned it. I had to pause the frame she was in. Sure is her. That's like one of those six degrees of separation things. Good catch. Way cool, yeah.
