Howdy! Did everyone have a nice Christmas and/or Hanukkah? How are you all faring with Storm Elliot? I spent my Christmas watching the reality shows Love After Lockup and Love During Lockup. It's my current guilty pleasure.

I spent Christmas night with four cats and we held a staring contest. The next day I wrote cards for two other cats, who couldn't hold a pen in their paws. Later at the supermarket I saw a poster of a missing cat and thought 'It sure looks like a cat I once knew years ago',

Now I'm considering getting some more cat food before the end of the year and the expected price rise in 2023. But with the heavy rain and strong winds, I'll have to wait a little before venturing out.

@wonder2wonder: With all of the horrible winter weather, it's probably a good idea to wait until things calm down weather wise where you live. Your fellow Honorary Impossible Missions Force Agents wouldn't want you to get hurt.

It was four cats against me. The cute ginger kitten got bored and walked away, and the other three ganged up on me.

It's a conspiracy! BTW, have you ever watched Love After Lockup? It's on the WE cable channel and it's a reality tv series that chronicles the adventures of couples, one of whom is in prison but who will be getting released soon and the other one is waiting on the outside to welcome them back to the outside world.

This show is crazier than a bar full of Klingons completely drunk on blood wine! One of the things that bothers me and makes me feel a little guilty for watching LALU and it's spinoff Love During Lockup is some of the people cast on the show are well.....let me give you a prime example: there was this one couple, Dylan and Heather. Dylan had been arrested THIRTY FOUR times by the age of 30 (all of them drug related). He was finishing a five year prison sentence. His fiancee, Heather, was waiting for him on the outside. Well, the producers need to do better background checks on the half of the couple that's waiting on the outside. It turns out that Heather is severely mentally ill, abuses Adderall and Duster and on the show she had a temper tantrum because she thought her 86 year old Aunt Diane was trying to steal Dylan away from her, makes Dylan late for the appointments that he has to take care of ASAP, then starts driving erratically at a high rate of speed. Luckily Dylan was able to pull the keys out of her car's ignition before she could crash the car or hit anyone. Heather then has another temper tantrum and drives off abandoning Dylan. This all happens within the first 24 hours of Dylan being released from prison. I am not making this up.

Hello! How are you doing? I'm in the hospital. My chest was hurting on Sunday evening and I thought that my ICD had activated so I called the paramedics.
