Hmmm... My first major high school crush was also born on June 5. She really liked me, too, but "not in that way." She liked Banamarama, Wham, and Duran Duran.

I wonder what she is doing these days.

Hopefully not listening to Duran Duran. Why am I saying this you might ask? Well, do you remember the Diane Downs case? She was convinced that if she got rid of her 3 children from her former marriage PERMANENTLY, her married boyfriend would leave and divorce his wife faster than you could say "beam me up Scotty" and marry her. So she took them out sightseeing through the the Oregon coastal forest AT NIGHT (yes, Sukhisoo, that's right. During the night). She pulled over on to the side of the road, cranked up "Hungry Like The Wolf" and started shooting.

If a woman shoots her children, that would certainly raise a red flag.

If she listened to Duran Duran, I would avoid her like the plague.

I wish that her children would have been able to have done both.

Apparently Diane Downs had originally planned to kill her children on May 13th. My birthday is May 13th, and in 1984 it was on Friday the 13th.
