I miss JAG, Commander Harmon Rabb, Jr. especially. I never missed an episode way back when.. Each episode was interesting, exciting and fun. I prefer it over NCIS...
I miss David James Elliott. He hasn't done a lot since the series, but I'm still hopeful

SPOILERS! My wife and I just finished binge-re-watching all 227 episodes of JAG! It took several months, sometimes 4 episodes a night!! After all that, the two episodes that stuck in my mind are Skeleton Crew and Death Watch. Skeleton Crew (season 1 episode 22), the one where Harm was arrested for murder, was never broadcast on NBC which had already cancelled the series.
Thank goodness for DVD releases, and CBS pick-up of the series! Death Watch (season 3 episode 19) was cobbled together from out takes of Skeleton Crew and resolved its loose ends. I can't say they're my favorites, just the most memorable. They had all the women in Harm's life, up to that point, in one story arc. Just curious if others have a favorite episode or season?

I'm only into season 1 at the moment. Although I recall a few episodes. But season 1 was my favourite because I really liked Meg. I thought her and Harm and great chemistry. Plus she had a cheeky personality which I think suited him. I wasn't so keen on Catherine Bell.
My favourite episode from this season is Scimitar, where they had to rescue a marine from an Iraqi prison. When they were escaping in the desert and those two big black helicopters appeared from behind a sand dune.. that was just magic.

I understand that once JAG jumped from NBC to CBS, the new network wanted to dump Meg (Tracy Needham) because of the lack of chemistry between her and DJE. I thought their "chemistry" was just fine. I also loved Meg's occasional rendezvous' with her father's friend "Ollie."
After re-watching the first few Mac episodes and seasons though, I was surprised at Catherine Bell's lack of finesse as an actress. I thought her dialog delivery was rather flat. As the series progressed, her acting visibly improved.
As far as my favorite partner for Harm, I was always partial to Kate Pike (Andrea Parker) from the pilot episode. Another SPOILER coming. There is a great episode when Kate come back to JAG and giddily confesses to Mac and Harriet about her extra-curricular activities with Harm. Loved it when that friction created sparks!

I actually liked Kate Pike too.
There's an interesting reason why Meg didn't continue in the series...

My memory was a little fuzzy on the details, but that's basically what I recall. Has Tracy Needham been in much else since JAG? Andrea Parker was in a comedy series called Less Than Perfect with a pre-Chuck Zachary Levy.

I just looked her up. She was quite busy up until 2010 then nothing. Maybe she retired.

Tracy had an extensive filmography on IMBD, but it's mostly disappeared now. It's non-existent here on TMBD. I saw an ad on TV that David James Elliott guest-starred on Mom a few weeks back, but I missed the episode. Not on my regular viewing schedule. Forgot to watch.
