Just noticed that the first 21 series still don't use the Episode X name format. I could correct this by myself, but a show this famous should have all of the episode name and air date info locked anyway.
@banana_girl - Just following up on this, episodes in Seasons 1-21 should have their titles corrected to "Episode 1" and "Episode 2" etc.

The titles have been fixed and all the English titles are now locked.
