Extra Details: I believe the episode title is "German Performance Saloon Cars - Top Gear Awards 2007" I see the Changes option. I'm not sure how to use it or whether I have access. I'm a new user, and from reading the Bible, I get a "feeling" that you (moderator), might, on any given day, have your hands full with editing the 'contributions of the chronically 'dyspeptic'😎 . Hence, I can understand a little caution with new contributors.

As visible on the official BBC page, the title of Series 10 Episode 10 is only "Episode 10" (screenshot).
This answer also apply to the other episodes of that season, except episode 4. (I'm going to hide your similar report for the other episodes as one report is enough for the season).
We are aware that IMDB use these titles, but they are not official BBC titles.
