Let me start off by stating I have nothing against Jennette McCurdy. In a lot of ways Sam Puckett is a good person. She appears to have a soft spot for Cat. However I do find that a few of the running gags that were continued from iCarly do get a little tiresome. For example the pound of butter in a sock joke. Although it is very effective. Especially in the toddler climbing episode of S & C. Now on to Cat. She's adorable, lovable, and very ditzy. Despite that she is intelligent, clever, and emphatic. On the pilot episode of Victorious she was more eccentric than dumb. I digress and like Cat I have a short attention span. (I'm also bipolar for what that is worth). I feel she has matured a little but still retains her sweet bubbly ditzy personality. On a side note the episodes that feature Goomer make me laugh. The episode where the girls 'babysit' Goomer made me laugh until my side hurt and we can all use a dose of silly humor. I'd like to conclude by saying that while I prefer Cat, as she is my favorite, having Sam as a 'friend' couldn't hurt.
