Newly promoted Georgia is seconded to a policy task force; among the items on their agenda: the end of the Rescue Squad.

During a rescue, Angel and Kathy are accidently contaminated with radiation poisoning. While they deal with the after-effects, the squad searches for a radioactive tin picked up by a small boy.
