Leslie begins to feel a special bond with Todd, his "bro" but the real trouble comes in trying to convince the FDA to let them slaughter cows in the store.
Meanwhile a second "bromance" develops for Buck, who is trapped taking Richard to an Ice Skating audition for Lord of The Rings on Ice. Perhaps he can take this chance to make Richard a little more manly.
