Extra Details: Danganronpa: The Animation has only one Season with 13 episodes. Danganronpa 3: The End of Hope's Peak High School - Future Arc is its own 12 episode show, and it should be a separate entry in the DB, not a Season 2 to a different show.

I'm sorry, I should've referenced the resources pointed in anime guidelines from the start.

I re-read the guidelines, and I'm not really sure what I'm missing here. The shows are not related directly (one is related to a game, the second is its own entity) and were released 3 years apart. Could you be please so kind and explain what I'm missing?

On your 2 links, "Danganronpa 3: The End of Kibougamine Gakuen - Mirai-hen" is listed as a sequel of "Danganronpa: The Animation". So, as per our guidelines, they should be considered as 2 seasons of the same show.
