Would "Car S.O.S. Ultimate Countdown" be considered a new show or a special to Car S.O.S.?

I don't believe it would be permitted as a new series as there is no new content. It's simply a compilation/best bits of already existing content.

A moderator would need to confirm whether compilation episodes can be added as Specials.
