S5 is in use, S4 not, the others are. So it would be the best to change S4 to S1.

Seasons 2-8 appear to match the official seasons. Maybe the test episodes should just go in the specials.

I agree On their website there is also the 9/15/14 as premiere episode and in the videoclip linked to it they're exited they have a talkshow now - this sounds not like having a second season but having a first season. So after that the data here at tmdb is correct, the 2013 stuff are test episodes.
On the other hand they call these test episodes a first season "While the show has been slow out of the gate, I hear the Fox stations see some growth potential and want to monitor its performance for several more weeks before making a final decision on a second season. "(your link). So I am still not sure.
