Tahsin Bey and İffet Hanım visit a doctor and decide to adopt a healthier lifestyle. They quit red meat and sweets, start exercising, and join an anti-aging program. Meanwhile, İffet invites the doctor, whom she thinks would be a good match for Aslı, to dinner. However, both this dinner and their new diet don’t go as well as expected for their health!
