A special stand-alone episode was filmed with the guests of Episode 4 of the seventh series, and broadcast as part of the Sport Relief telethon on 19 March 2012. The episode featured out-takes of the original episode, with guests Harry Judd, Dougie Poynter, Andrew Flintoff and David Hasselhoff, and featured a special round, entitled "What Are You Packing". Swimmer Mark Foster appeared as a special guest, coming out as a special "Strikerer" magazine head.

In Victorian London, Ebenezer Lemon is meanly going about his business, ensuring the continued misery of the local chimney sweep and his faithful washer woman, played by Holly Willoughby and Fearne Cotton respectively. The ghosts of Christmases past, present and future - who all bear a striking resemblance to The Only Way is Essex's Mark Wright - arrive just in time to show Ebenezer how low he has sunk.
