I get that this is called Better Call Saul, however since you know what happens to all the characters from breaking bad, does it take away something from this series? For example, despite what happens to Mike on this series, he goes onto to become a major player in the Breaking Bad series, so does that take away something from this series?

We don't know what will happen to Saul. I think in the last show he will quit the mall and go back and fight the charges.

I love the idea of a post-Breaking Bad/Better Call Saul show.

So the show ends with a time jump past the BB timeline? I like that idea.

I envision him tying up some loose BB ends. Perhaps even reconnecting with Jessie somehow

I think those Cinnabon segments will start evolving to show how Saul gets back into the game. You could see the conflict when he was watching that guy trying to get away from the mall cops. He didn't want to help them-- and maybe he will try to help the shoplifter somehow. I really like the idea of Saul hooking up with Jesse.
