I think the episodes are not ok in Star Wars Rebels. Please look here: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt2930604/episodes?season=1&ref_=tt_eps_sn_1 There is a "pilot episode". So there must be 14 episodes at all, not only 13.

And a P.S. we do have plans to eventually support different ordering schemes it's just not something I can probably get to for a while. Ticket for that is here.

There's alot of controversy on how to number the episodes for this show. "Spark of Rebellion" is either episode 1 or a special (tv movie), but it is definitely not two episodes.
I'd personally prefer it as episode 1, but following with the Clone Wars (2008) series it is probably accurate as a special. It is sold separately, and not included with Season 1 Dvd/Bluray sets.
