As indicated in this previous content report, "The Siege of Lothal" was originally broadcasted as a single element before the second season.

The source given to justify that says that this episode is a part of season 2.
https://www.starwars.com/news/star-wars-rebels-season-two-set-to-premiere-june-20
Read: “It’s finally here! The highly anticipated second season of Star Wars Rebels is set to premiere on Saturday, June 20, at 9:00 p.m. ET/PT on Disney XD.
The new season will kick off with a special one-hour movie event, Star Wars Rebels: The Siege of Lothal, and continue rolling out new episodes in the fall.”
This clearly says that this episode is a part of season 2. I don’t think it’s right to ignore this because the same article said this was a TV movie. Unless TMDB has a rule where the original broadcast order should be ignored in favor of adding TV movies to the Special section.

No, this means that "The Siege of Lothal" is a movie and that the episodes of the 2nd season comes after that in the fall.
Furthermore, it has been broadcasted in June and the episodes have only been broadcasted started from mid-October.

It says that season 2 starts on June 20th. The siege of lothal was released on June 20th. No other season 2 episodes were released on June 20th. I don’t know how it could be clearer that this is part of season 2.

It says explicitely that it starts with a TV movie and that the episodes will come after in the fall.
This article giving the number of viewers also indicate that this was a TV movie.

So both of these are true: this is a TV movie, and it is a part of season 2. Are TV movies not allowed to be listed as part of the season they were originally aired in? I’m not familiar with this rule. Other series don’t seem to respect this rule, for example:
https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/1877-phineas-and-ferb
This series has like 10 TV movies, they all have separate movie entries as well, yet they are all listed in their original seasons, not in the specials section. I hope that the rules can be made more clear, because the article says multiple times that this TV movie is in season 2

On this June archived page of the Disney XD website from the day after the broadcast, you can see that "The Siege of Lothal" is listed separately and not as an episode. That means that it wasn't consider as an episode at the time of its original broadcast. As we follow the original broadcast, that means that it shouldn't be listed as an episode.
The rule indicate : "Episodes should be added exactly as they first aired on the original network (title, date, order, season). " It wasn't listed as an episode at the time of its original broadcast. Consequently, it shouldn't be listed as an episode.
As an exception, "Spark of Rebellion" and "The Siege of Lothal" have been listed as special episodes to make possible the creation of episodes groups.
Your reports about that series will have to be processed by a moderator knowing that series. This is not my case.
