"Nibi Gym - The Greatest Danger!" is already listed in the Specials season as S0E24 with the title of "Pewter Gym - The Greatest Crisis Ever!"

"The Legend of X, Y, and Z!" is already listed as S19E48.

"The Ultimate Duo! Citron and Dent!" is already listed as S19E49.

According to Bulbapedia, "Uncover All Mysteries! The Pokemon XYZ Complete Overview Special! (すべてのナゾを解き明かせ！ポケットモンスターXY&Z完全マスタースペシャル！！)" aired on Dec. 31, 2015 and I don't see an episode in the Specials season with that date so that one could be added.

There is also a new series of specials about to air called "Aim to be a Pokemon Master!" that is supposed to be in 6 parts so it is worth leaving the Specials season open

"Aim to Be a Pokémon Master (めざせポケモンマスター)" is 11 episodes and they were listed together with the rest of the episodes of the 2019 Pokémon series so they look to be part of that season. They can be found as episodes 47 through 57 of season 25

You replied while I was editing the Specials season but I added the 2015 New Year's Eve special. It's listed as S0E46.

All these episodes are already listed:

• "Nibi Gym - The Greatest Danger!" is already here as special episode 24 under the title "Pewter Gym - The Greatest Crisis Ever!"
• "Uncover All the Mysteries! The Pokemon XY&Z Complete Overview Special!!" is already listed as special episode 46
• "The Legend of X, Y and Z" and "The Strongest Duo! Clemont and Cilan!" are regular episode of the XYZ season and are listed as S19E48 and S19E49
• "Aim to be a Pokemon Master!" is an alternate name of the last part of the "Ultimate Journeys" season (starting from episode 47).
