Japanese Version : Title: Dragon Ball Kai No. of Episodes: 159

International Version: Title: Dragon Ball Z kai No. of Episodes: 167

This is Japanese version, Please change the name to "Dragon Ball Kai"

The listed English title should be the first title used in an English speaking country. So, do you have an official proof that the title "Dragon Ball Kai" was used in such a country before "Dragon Ball Z Kai" ?

Note: The episode recuts or additions have no impact on the title of the series.
