It should be an episode of season 15, as indicated on the BBC website. The title of the episode has no impact on its listing.
Taking in account that the epîsode listed on the BBC site as season 16 as well as the one listed as season 17 have been broadcasted before the end of season 15, they should also be listed inside season 15.
