The current official BBC site indicate that this episode isn't part of the 1st season, but a 2015 archive of that page indicate that it was considered as part of it at the time of the first broadcast. Consequently, iut should be listed as part of the 1st season.
In the Genome, this episode is also listed as being episode 7.
