Extra Details: Arise is not a TV series. They are OVAs shown in the cinema and released separate. http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/anime.php?id=16786 will air soon which is actually broadcast but the content as it is here is wrong.

This is not a mini series! These are OVAs that were shown in the cinema. I stated everything above already. They are perfectly fine on their own entries: https://www.themoviedb.org/search/movie?query=ghost+in+th+shell+arise Or are you saying that movie series or multi-part movies are going to be TV series too..? If anything they should be specials on https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/62676-ghost-in-the-shell-arise-alternative which actually airs on TV (see http://thetvdb.com/?tab=season&seriesid=293491&seasonid=617026&lid=7).
