IDK - it's getting pounded in lots of reviews. I'm still tuning in, but wont be surprised if this one ends up being the weakest of the Defenders' series
I'm reserving judgement a bit. It does seem like there is an SJW agenda going on here. It's hard to believe that the series could be worse than Arrow, the Flash, Supergirl and Legends of tomorrow. I do not trust RT at all when it comes to TV series reviews.
@A to Z I love the Arrowverse. It's not always top notch writing on Netflix level but it's a fun Universe and cool to see all the characters together on the small screen.
I'm sure Iron Fist will be good though. I've loved DD, JS and LC so far. So even if it's only 3/4s as good as those it should still be a high quality show.
Based on the first season, I don't think it can be a blockbuster but it can be improved dramatically if they fix a lot of the editing problems in season 2. Also, they need to rewrite certain scenes and dialogue to fit the actor Finn, I don't think he can convincingly pull off certain things they have him do here.
So IMO, it can still be a blockbuster if they fix it. I'm a huge fan of Star Trek and that show teaches you patience. Sometimes it takes 2-3 seasons for Star Trek tv to get really good, but once it gets there, it is legendary and beautiful to behold!

I agree. The show has potential to be fantastic. It just needs a little bit of work. Hopefully season 2 won't happen at all and the next show for Danny will be Powerman & Iron Fist. But that's just me wanting to nerd-out on some childhood comic book memories lol.
Season 2 of IF can be great if they work on some of Danny's dialogue and the editing of the action scenes.

14 percent on rotten tomatoes right now. Looks like this will be the first marvel tv series to be rotten.

The worst thing is, even if it is as rotten as the critics are saying, being the MCU whore that I am... I still have to watch it! Grrrr.

Meh, fսck those pretentious agenda-whoring critics. I have no doubt it will be good enough.

I'm sad to see it get terrible reviews. I was really excited for it. I will still be watching it nonetheless, but I am skeptical.

Well I called it, the show is actually pretty good and the critics are bashing it to fit their agenda.
