Not airing season 3 until February?

Seems like the powers that be at Starz are pulling a GOT on us. Season 3 should have come out last week or close to Halloween as was the case the previous two seasons. Now according to IMDB the premier of season 3 isn't until February 25th? Why the extended delay? WTF?

The original show runner, Craig DiGregorio leaving is my best guess as to the reason for the delay. A shame because he did a PHENOMENAL job on the first 2 seasons and I hope season 3 doesn't suffer due to his departure.
