"Cowardly Lion" is the soldier guy who has the thick mane of hair and who, if I recall correctly (memory has become rusty about the details of this show since it concluded the other month), in the past became shamed for failing to do something that was militarily expected of him. By the end of Season 1 he started taking risky chances. This actor portrays the character in question: https://www.themoviedb.org/person/107561-mido-hamada
I wonder if the series will return for a season 2. There seemed to be close to no buzz about it subsequent to its debut, and I've seen or heard no mentions in the press of it since the season concluded. Not good signs.
I didn't get to feeling fully onboard till a few episodes in, then started weekly looking forward to it starting from around that point onward. I agree with you, that it would be nice to see it continue. Probably didn't get high enough ratings for that to happen though.
It seems like, for such a big, dazzling series, that NBC should have aired it on some higher profile night than Fridays.
hmm, now it clicks that the one without memory is the Scarecrow looking for a brain, but Eamonn? I considered him a very secondary character (only on episode 7) and not a character the audience would like to see grow and accomplish his life quest
I agree, that the Eamonn character didn't make much of an impression and felt like no big deal compared to assorted other characters. He's a character who I never found myself interested in or about.

"Scarecrow" is the guy, Lucas, who Dorothy falls in love with and who, before he got amnesia, was Glinda's husband. This actor portrays him: https://www.themoviedb.org/person/551020-oliver-jackson-cohen

I'd like a season two, it was slow to begin with but enjoyable, yet there hasnt been much buzz about it as you say.

If it does return, even if its just a two hour movie, I hope that the Wizard is in it. He was by far my favourite character. Decent actor too.
