Sap is a good word. Would have been interesting if Ambassador King had been a woman then she would have kicked his ass and turned him over to the Red Hats. Instead, he was able to take out the old guy and sneak off to be rescued by Maddie.

Maya may have genuinely felt something for Bram. She didn't really have to throw herself at him to get his cooperation. He was itching to fight back against the raps already and it was pretty obvious. Plus he did his share of manipulating - he got Maddie to give him a free ride out of the green zone, didn't he?
