Do you have a source confirming episodes 26-50 aired as season 2?

I can help with this since I moved episodes 26-50 over to the first season a few months back.

The anime aired in a split cour format. The episodes for the "first season" were numbered 1-25 and the ones for the "second season" were numbered 26-50. Since the numbering is continuous, all episodes should be added to a single season.

No that's not how it aired and isn't how anime seasons work if your going to keep track of things such as this then do it right because now on trakt it shows there are 75 episodes when there isn't. There are 25 episodes in the first season that aired October 4, 2015- March 27 2016 and 25 episodes in season 2 which aired October 2, 2016 - April 2, 2017 That's 2 seasons.

We have anime-specific guidelines. Episodes airing in a split cour format are added in a single season. For anime released in two or more parts, new episodes should be added to the same season when the episode numbers are continuous.

But the key factor for this anime is that the episode numbers are continuous so all episodes should be in a single season. There are two episode groups available for this anime: one divides the episodes into two seasons and the other is for the Funimation DVD / Blu-ray release.

on trakt it shows there are 75 episodes when there isn't.

Please report that to Trakt as the data on TMDB is correct.

When episode 1 Airs in October 4 2015 and episodes 26 airs October 2 216 with a 6 month gap between episode 25 and 26. That means 2 season what is so hard to understand about that. Funimation and other companies don't decide on if there are 2 seasons they are just a dubbing company. Why don't you do some research before trying to be the one who tells people information. You're right, they don't. The only thing that matters is the information from the original airing. And that information, which I have already explained and linked in my previous replies, shows continuous episode numbers. As per our anime guidelines, which I have also already explained and linked in my previous replies, all episodes are added to a single season. The only thing about Funimation I mentioned is the DVD / Blu-ray episode group that is available, should you wish to use it.

You do not need to continue. There is nothing to fix as the official website uses continuous numbers and has done so since Oct. 2016. It's staying as a single 50-episode season.

Are you stupid they they clearly have phase 1 and phase 2 on that site which clearly showes and indicates episodes 1-25 in phase 1 aka season 1 and episodes 26-50 in phase 2 aka season 2. I'm literally spelling it out for you. Do you just now want to admit your wrong?
