An advice for the future:

When you want to report an issue for several episodes of a tv/anime show, please create only 1 report for the issue! Otherwise, you spam the content issue report forum and it gets quite confusing. I'm going to hide all your other reports in a few.

In this case, you could have just written:

The current episodes 13 to 24 of season 1 should be episodes 1 to 12 in season 2.

About the issue itself:

I know nothing about animes, so I can't give you a definitive answer. But I think it was decided to put all episodes of such anime series into 1 season and create episode groups for alternative orders. Another moderator will give you a definitive answer to that - until then, you have to be patient ...

Yes, there is since February. We call it "Contribution Bible", you can find it here:

I understand - you can't know everything and I should've mentioned the Contribution Bible in my first reply.

A guideline for creating content issue reports is here:

and it says in 1 paragraph:

"One report per issue. Please include all the info in one content issue report when an actor has multiple duplicate profiles, an entry has multiple bad images or many episodes need to be deleted."

That's basically in short what I explained in my first reply. Just keep it in mind for the future -> it helps us a lot!

We haven't yet added all the anime guidelines to the Bible, but we really should.

Anime series that air in a split-cours format should be added as a single season. But you are welcome to create alternative episode groups if you would rather have them split.
