Extra Details: The show status should be 'ended'. A new season was hinted a few years ago, but enough time has passed for it to be considered 'ended' until further news of real production.

Another year has passed since without any news

The last news was that it was being worked on as of 2023: https://www.radiotimes.com/tv/drama/taboo-producers-currently-season-2-newsupdate/ But enough time has passed that I will change the status to Ended. It can always be changed later when/if season 2 is actually created and released.
