Extra Details: Who changes some titles of Special-Epsiodes (German) into the titles of the movies? I've seen this on a few anime, but I only remember haikyu as an other example...

Which German titles are incorrect?
You can look at the change history of each episode to see what an episode was created as, and who later added mismatching translations.
