Eleven years ago, Toya Todoroki was burned by his own flames and became Dabi. Todoroki faces Dabi's blue flames with a new move of his own. Will he be able to stop his brother?

Shoto Todoroki stopped Dabi with his Great Glacial Aegir, and reports of that bolstered the spirits of the heroes fighting in other locations. And Shoto and Dabi's father, Endeavor, is facing the greatest evil, All For One, with Hawks!
