The closest Hot Dog On A Stick location to Indiana is in TEXAS... there wasn't any in Indiana in the 80s and there still isn't now; not within a thousand miles. One is shown in Episode 3.01.

Starcourt has a Gap, and right underneath it they have a Gate. One stop shopping for the interdimensional customer!
