I just finished watching i binged watched it and i was wondering why Bryce didn't get the tapes? He was on there but he had no idea about the tapes. I'm guessing he was supposed to get them after clay but they just skipped over him and went to #13.

yeah, that was weird and Hanna never even said his name. she actually avoids saying it and says "I saw his face and heard his voice" when Bryce first raped that other girl.

Clay decided to skip Bryce and go right to number 13. He thought Bryce would just destroy them.
What I did find kind of strange was that Bryce had no idea about the tapes until the end. Even if his friends didn't tell him about them he had to of seen something was up with them. I'm surprised he couldn't guess something was going on.

He doesn't strike me as the kind that can pick up on what's going on with people around him.

Also if none of them wanted their secrets revealed..why pass the tapes on to the next person...?especially when it was revealed what really happened at Jessica's party. Or they could have easily stole the tapes from clay.

Oh that's right..i think that was mentioned in the first episode..if they didn't pass them on then the tapes would be released publicly by a trusted source (Tony).

I think Hannah deliberately put Bryce at the end, and right after Clay, because she hoped someone would have the guts to do something about. Maybe she knew Clay would be the one to speak up, especially since he really didn't do anything wrong.
