I have been racking my brain about this ever since I finished the show recently and I think that while a number of the kids have a LOT to lose if the tapes come out, which happened, I think some of them dont really have much to worry about.

1. Justin could be facing charges of being an accomplice to sexual assault and distributing child pornography (if he cant convince the jury that it was Bryce that sent them technically)
2. Jessica: I dont know what she could face. All she did was dump Hannah over rumors and if you wanna think like Courtney or Marcus, her rape would have counted as "punishment" enough.
3. Alex: If he doesnt die he MAY get sued for slander or defamation.
4. Tyler: Possible charges of child pornography and stalking, if he doesnt go through with his shooting plans. -P.S. I wasnt really cheering when Clay sent that picture of him. Unlike Hannah, people instantly recognised him and nobody saw THAT much of her.
5. Courtney: Possible slander and defamtion, along with some VERY choice words from her dads. Im no spokesperson for the LGBT community, but I think Ryan served as an example that there are homosexual people who've dealt with harassment and didnt resort to ruining someones rep to hide it.
6. Marcus: Charges of attempted sexual assault, rejection from all his scholarships and a lawsuit from Clay's parents for framing their son for weed.
7. Zach:.........Um..........maybe a suspension. I mean all he did was steal some notes that were meant for her. Saying that it makes him just as guilty as the others is a REAL big stretch. I wouldnt be shocked if someone laughed out loud at the revelation and sarcastically asked him if he stole the last pudding cup from her one day as well.
8. Ryan: Only thing that could happen is him getting rejected by whatever colleges he was applying to. His magazine was already booted and he didnt do anything illegal. I wouldnt mind if they reversed it since he didnt do anything most people in media dont do.

10. Sheri: Vandalism, Manslaughter, a lawsuit from Jeff's parents and from the old couple if they arent touched that she tried to help them out.
11. Nothing for Hannah, but child pornography charges for Tyler's pic, along with Vandalism on Zach's car, and attempted assault on......grrrrrr...Bryce.
12. Bryce: Lord knows how many charges of RAPE, DRUG DISTRIBUTION, CHILD PORNOGRAPHY (again if Justin can clarify that HE was the one that sent the skirt pic of Hannah technically.
13. Mr. Porter: I seriously dont know. The school may fire him to cover their butts, but all he did was ask questions most investigators ask assault victims. He covered all the possibilities and pretty much stated that her only options were either to go to the police or find a way to cope with the trauma. But I wanted to hear a second opinion that either agrees or disagrees with my conclusions and can clarify.
