Now I know who the actor playing William reminds me of

I'm rewatching the Memphis episode and it just hit me 💡 during that road trip scene when William says...roll the windows down and turn up the music.
The actor reminds me of Bob Marley...King of Reggae. Irie. Peace and One Love.

What?! How so? Is it his demeanor and/or mannerism? If so, I would have to go back and study him more closely.
Google images of Bob Marley and then go back to the Memphis episode with him riding shotgun. I kid you not, he resembles Marley when he was in his late 20s to early 30s.
Sorry. But I just don't see the Denzel thing.

Scatman was such a cool cat. 😎🐈 I enjoyed watching him in everything he did. He got around a lot as well.

I do see Bob Marley, but I think it's just in William's smile. He has a subtle Denzel smile. Will go back to compare. I did love each time William flashed that glorious smile--especially when Randall was teaching him how to drive. Eventually, William was behind the wheel, windows down and favorite drink in his hand:) Peace and One love right back at you:)
