When Adam and Andi discover Kate is lying to them about her whereabouts, they hatch a plan to catch her.

Adam and Andi toy with the idea of having another baby when Don and Marcy's newborn grandson comes for a visit.

When Adam thinks Kate's boyfriend, Tyler, is a pothead, he decides to confront Tyler but doesn't get the support he expects from Andi. As a result, he turns to his dad who was very opposed to weed when raising Adam for some advice, only to find out that his views on the matter have become more liberal.

Adam is forced to bring the kids along to work while he has an important work meeting planned with his boss. It is not until later he discovers that the kids have lice which causes a series of other issues. Meanwhile Andi is upset at the idea that she's a bad mother since she is the only one that doesn't get lice.

When Adam and Andi agree on a present-free Valentine's Day, Adam gives Andi's gift to his mother. Unfortunately this causes a slew of problems for everyone.

Adam tries to give Andi the perfect 20th wedding anniversary gift by recreating their honeymoon. Series finale.
