They are in the Specials season.
The show was pulled from the ABC schedule and canceled, with the remaining episodes being released from Jan. 9 - Jan. 25, 2018. Since the episodes were only released digitally, the Early Cancellation rules apply, meaning any unaired episodes are moved to the Specials season.
