It was fun to watch and completely random and the ending(?) was well done. I loved the called backs to Back to the Future, the Terminator, and pretty much every sci-fi time travel film ever made. The cast was great, especially Keith David who I'd listen to speak about his bowel movements, he's just that charismatic and interesting.

Necrobump for Season 3 and series finale.
That first season was very strong. But it kinda floundered after that. Especially the 3rd season. It seemed like a bunch of disconnected episodes with just the thinnest of a connecting storyline. There was very little sense of "going" anywhere. It was not unpleasant, but it was kind of hard to care about what the characters were doing or why.
As if the creators had one good story to tell and then when the show kept getting renewed there wasn't any more gas in the tank.
