Extra Details: 3 seasons exist for this series of MST3K (2017-2022) as shown on imdb however the series on tmdb has locked the seasons with reason of due to cancellation. Third season is required if accuracy is of any value.

What you call "3rd season" was originally released separately and not by Netflix. Consequently, it is listed here as a separate series available here.

Since when does the distributor make the decision whether or not a series is contiguous or not? If anything, the production company seems to make more sense to me.
