Proof please? I can't access HBO Nordic but the official Swedish title appears to be "My Brilliant Friend" : https://se.hbonordic.com/series/my-brilliant-friend/52fcecb6-c794-4c36-85d4-83de80f871e1

The English title is correct. Min fantastiska väninna was the Swedish book title and then many outlets used the book title when referring to the series which is likely why this confusion appeared. Closing topic.
