From the above source, “The streamer has ordered another 16 episodes of the series, which will be split into two parts. Netflix initially ordered 20 episodes of the show, which was split into two 10-episode segments. The new season will begin production in 2019. The second half of Season 1 is set to premiere April 5, 2019.”

You mean IMDb? IMDb have their own specific rules, so they decided to put all episodes into 2 seasons. But TMDb has different rules:

"Our main goal is to reproduce the seasons exactly as they first aired on the original network. [...] Please put personal feelings aside and keep in mind that the most important thing for TMDb is the original release format."
And Netflix released it in 1 season, and split the episodes in 2 parts -> we have an episode group for that:

By the way, TVDb and the article on the English Wikipedia do the same!

Your position is very strange. The netflix itself on the official page states that Sabrina has 3 seasons, but you say "no, we do not trust the netflix, we decide for ourselves that the first season and the second, because it is written on some site, the original source is not important to us"

Can someone offer a response to this? Netflix itself lists Sabrina as having 4 seasons titled "Part 1", "Part 2", "Part 3", and "Part 4". Why is TVDb viewed as more important than the original network?

Netflix doesn't have 4 seasons titled "Part 1", "Part 2", "Part 3", and "Part 4". It lists 4 parts titled this way. "Part 1" and "Part 2" are season 1, "Part 3" and "Part 4" are season 2.

@superboy97 Do you and I have different Netflixes? I go to Sabrina's official page: https://www.netflix.com/ru/title/80223989 And what do I see there? That's right, "4 seasons"

What do you see, @superboy97 ? Netflix is lying to me, right?

On mine (in English language, the original language of the series), it is clearly written that they are parts, not seasons : https://nsa40.casimages.com/img/2021/02/16/210216084744644290.jpg

Friend, let's start with the fact that your screenshot is from some application that has obviously not been updated for a long time. Here's for you, friend, my screenshot from the official netflix website (in English language, friend): https://www.netflix.com/title/80223989
Look, I made a new one on purpose so that you can see the date, time, browser and url address: https://imgur.com/XWacDT0
Here, I think, you will see that I went through Chrome and here it says Seasons, and their 4. Where is your screen from? Please take a screenshot via Google Chrome, Mozilla or Microsoft Edge

This is a very strange situation. I think that you, as the moderator of this resource, should contact Netflix for an official response so that they can clarify the situation. I will also write to them and write about the result here.

You are not connected to Netflix. So, it seems that the informations visible without connections are simplified. I have the same screen as you if I disconnect from my account. But the information is already proven. Read the message of Rebecca at the start of this conversation.

I still contacted Netflix support. They told me that 4 seasons = 4 parts. It turns out it's all the same.
And you said that the series has only 2 seasons and this is not true. Screenshots of the correspondence with Netflix support:
